Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Kolorful Kitchen will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for full refund minus return shipping costs.

  • Only unused merchandise can be accepted
  • There are no restocking or processing fees
  • We cover the shipping costs for defective products or merchandise damaged in transit to the customer
  • Refunds do not include, if applicable, any expedited or additional shipping charges paid on the original order
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer labels, stickers, logos, and/or UPC Codes still attached to the product(s)
  • Returns must be packaged with care as many of our products are fragile
  • Returns must be received free of damage to qualify for a refund
  • Custom and bulk purchases cannot be returned

Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to insure that your order is carefully packed and shipped accurately.  If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@kolorfulkitchen.com.  We will provide a prepaid return label so that you can return the item.  A refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned item.     

To Return a Product

To start a return, you can contact us at customersevice@kolorfulkitchen.com with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the reason for return.  Customers are responsible for returning the items in good condition.  Many of our products are fragile and customers should take great care in packaging the items so they are not damaged in transit.  All returns are inspected upon receipt and any used and/or damaged products are returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. . Credit will be made to customer's account in the same manner as paid, upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s). We do not accept returns of discontinued, close-out items and or seasonal holiday items.
