Free Continental USA Standard Shipping

Kolorful Kitchen & Home Décor ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  All orders received before 2 pm EST are shipped on the same business day.  Kolorful Kitchen offers free standard ground shipping from its warehouse in Hillsborough, NJ to the continental USA. Additional shipping charges apply to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

Expedited Shipping

Kolorful Kitchen can expedite most orders. Additional shipping charges apply and orders are subject to our standard order processing time.  Inquiries regarding expedited shipping    can be made by emailing customerservice@kolorfulkitchen.com.

International Shipping

Additional chargers apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. We regret that we are unable to accept other international orders on our website at this time. Kolorful Kitchen has an Ebay store which can accommodate international sales through Ebay’s global shipping program. Order Processing and Delivery

Same Day Processing

Kolorful Kitchen offers same day order processing for orders placed before 2 pm EST excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day.  Kolorful Kitchen recognizes all federal holidays.  Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Same day processing excludes bulk orders, back orders, and custom orders.

Delivery

Delivery times vary with location to our Hillsborough NJ warehouse location. 

Please provide a valid address and contact information. Kolorful Kitchen is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled up until a shipping label has been created or the item has been shipped.  Once the shipping label has been created or the merchandise has been shipped, the order will be subject to the terms of our return policy.
